Should you choose to pay by Credit Card you will be charged a 4% credit card fee in addition to the buyer's fee. Buyer's are responsible for their own taxes and any other state or federal fees/taxes for their purchases. A $40.00 per title fee will be added to all vehicles that has a title for title processing.
Checks must have a letter of guarantee from the bank it is written off of or must be a certified check or cashier check.

Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person.
