We try very hard to ship items as quickly as possible however, due to payment processing and handling of the item it could take up to two weeks.
Return Policy: Items may be returned within 3 days of receipt if item is damaged or lost. We can only offer a return on the hammer price and any applicable sales tax, as the buyer's premium and shipping fees are used to pay for shipment and auction fees. In some cases, we will offer gift certificates for future auctions to satisfy the difference.
