1994 was the first year that the Honda Del Sol was equipped from the factory with the optional 160hp DOHC VTEC (8200 RPM redline) engine and 5 speed manual transmission. This example is a true low mileage (59K), rust free, survivor of the 90's Japanese pocket rocket era. It is fully optioned with air conditioning, cruise control, Targa top, electric mirrors, side windows and a retractable rear window. The vehicle body structure, wheel wells and door edges are completely rust free. The paint is original and has the original wheels.The space saver spare tire, jack, owner's manual and factory workshop manuals all accompany the purchase of this classic. This Honda has always been very well maintained. Recent service includes a new clutch, a four wheel alignment, a new interstate battery, new brake pads and full coolant system flushing. This Del Sol came from the factory with 40 more horsepower than the Miata of the day. It also offered more interior room and had a much larger truck. The Del Sol's Targa top provided for open air motoring and more security when the vehicle was locked. The totally unique retractable electric rear window made for a quiet, turbulence free, open air ride. These great touring cars were known for their ride quality and inherit desire to be on the open road well above the posted speed limit and In-Style. It doesn’......t get much better than driving a vehicle bred for the open road except for doing just that in a convertible. This particular Jag hits all the right notes; it is well maintained, optioned and original work of automotive art. Everything is in working order and it does not disappoint. Lace Honeycomb wheels are in perfect shape and wrapped in high quality Michellins. The paint, chrome, stainless, leather interior, wood veneer, convertible top, glass and even the exhaust tips are all in excellent condition. This Jaguar comes with a few original extras including the then optional car phone dealer installed upgrade and the original AM/FM cassette has been replaced by a modern USB and Bluetooth Alpine unit. The 1991 Jaguar XJS was available as either a coupe or a convertible with the base coupe selling for $53,000 while the convertible sold for $63,600. Power was from an overhead-cam 24-valve aluminum V12 offering 265 horsepower. It has a multi-point fuel injection system along with twin spray injectors. The engine was mated to a four-speed automatic gearbox, four-wheel disc brakes and a rack-and-pinion steering system. For 1991, two new interior colors were added, including Magnolia and Doeskin. Charcoal-tones leather trim was added to the shift knob and to the steering wheel and contrasting piping was on the upholstery. The Classic Collection XJS was only available to the United States market. It is appointed similer to the Collection Rouge with lattice alloy wheels, four-headlight arrangement, new classic badging on the boot lid and a gold-plated growler badge on the hood. This 1971 Chevrolet Nova has been restored to be a Yenko Tribute. In 1957, Yenko set up a performance shop for Chevrolet vehicles. The customers could either order high performance parts or have their car modified by Yenko's mechanics. This limited series of cars sometimes began to take the name "sYc" (standing for Yenko Super Car), after the graphics found on the hoods and seat rests.
