If payment is not received within 48 hours the buyer will be expected to pay late penalties and reported to Proxibid for nonpayment.

After 10 days from auction end if the merchandise has not been picked up then notification will be sent out and items will be moved and stored at a secure facility where storage fees may apply, and after 20 days they will be retagged and resold at the Auction Companies digression through the auction process, and at the owner’s expense. All fees and charges including storage and commissions will be deducted from the sales price and the balance will be sent to them in the form of a company check mailed to their address on file.
