TERMS AND CONDITIONS: There will be a 10% Buyer's Fee on each item. Each item sold is AS IS, WHERE IS, Without Warranty. There will be a $75.00 Title Fee on all Vehicles 1986 and newer. Georgia TAVT Tax is due at the time of purchase on all vehicles. TAVT Tax is not charged if you are not a Georgia Resident. All sales are final! Payment in full for purchase is required within 48 hours of Auction Day. We accept cash, cashier's check, good personal or company check accompanied by a bank letter of credit or wire transfer. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted with a 3% Processing Fee added. Georgia Sales Tax of 7% will be added to your purchase price unless you have a valid sales tax resale certification number or Gate Card. All items purchased must be removed from Auction Site by January 4, 2019.
