SALES TAX: Sales tax will be applied according to local, state, and federal regulations. Winning bidders who are tax exempt must provide their tax exempt number to the auctioneer prior to invoicing. Unclaimed items will be disposed of following the pick up hours on August 17th. Winning bidders who do not pick up their items will be charged an addition $50 per lot fee to cover the expense of the auction company removing those items.
