Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Bunach Auctioneering Company is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Bunach Auctioneering Company or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Bunach Auctioneering Company will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Bunach Auctioneering Company reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. All sales are considered final. No returns or refunds will be accepted by Bunach Auctioneering Company. The only exception to this policy is in the event that the buyer has contacted Bunach Auctioneering Company and Bunach Auctioneering Company Agrees to give a return or refund. Under no Circumstances does Bunach Auctioneering Company give any Person, Business or entity the right to charge back any item charges, fees or other costs associated with the auction. In the event that a refund is given it will be with prior agreement with Bunach Auctioneering Company and the refund will be given by Bunach Auctioneering Company (initiated from Bunach Auctionering Company). No chargebacks allowed. We strive to satisfy all of our customers but are not in the business of issuing refunds for "buyers remorse" or "bad decisions".
