Payment Instructions: PAYMENTS: - Buyers' Premium is 18% of total sales price with a 5% discount for onsite bidding and a 3% discount for payment by cash (wire transfer, cash, pre-approved check with bank letter of guarantee). -There will be a $25 Processing fee for each motor vehicle sold (charged to the buyer) -Texas Sales tax is 8.25% with TERP tax 1.5% applying to those pieces with 50 hp diesel engines, or greater (all vehicle and trailer taxes will be collected at the time of registration NOT AT THE AUCTION) All vehicles with title are subject to $25 processing fee Wire Transfer, Cash or a Check with pre-approved bank letter of guarantee and all major credit cards (MC, Visa, Discover, AMEX) are accepted. All purchases less than 2500.00 USD will be processed using the credit card on file at the end of the event unless prior arrangements are made with the auction company. Any credit card that does not go through the owner of the card will be contacted and given the opportunity to immediately provide another means of payment if not provided then late penalties will be invoked. WIRE TRANSFER directions will be sent with the invoice, if you choose to pay via wire transfer time will be give to get the transfer completed and the cash discount will apply. Payment is due in full day of the sale of the auction. All items subject to Texas sales and use taxes will have those amounts added to the invoice, unless proper documentation is provided omitting sales taxes, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!! No refunds nor returns! If payment is not received within following business day each item will be subject to a 10% late payment penalty per day. Also, the incident will be reported to Proxibid for late/nonpayment.

Shipping Instructions: SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: Please contact LEAP Auctions LLC for specific shipping and handling expectations. General requirements are confirmed payment in full, name and contact info for whomever is responsible for hauling and a bill of lading provided prior to pick up by any 3rd party transporters. No item will be available prior to the conformation of funds clearing the bank. Any and all shipping and loading charges or associated cost are the Buyer’s sole responsibility. All items are sold FOB at their described location. There is the possibility of assistance with loading, however not guaranteed. Pick up will be available sale day until dark and the day immediately following 10 am until 4 pm, after that it is by appointment only with at least 4 hour notice.
Preview Date & Times: PREVIEW: Please contact LEAP Auctions for arranging preview times and dates. They will be available during the week preceding the auction by appointment only and will be available from 8 am until 11 am day of the sale.
Checkout Date & Times: CHECK OUT / LOAD OUT: It is expected that all items are picked up and removed the day of the sale.

Driving Directions: LOCATION: Auction is 4000 E Hwy 21 Bryan Texas; 1.5 miles east of US hwy 6 & 20 miles west of North Zulch on ST Hwy 21. However, some items will be sold off site virtually.
