Once an Auctioneer accepts a high bid, the high bidder is bound to a sales contract for the item sold and the risk of loss is passed on to the buyer. The buyer accepts full responsibility for the merchandise once the auctioneer says, “SOLD”. Insight Auctioneers is not responsible for theft. No sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy in any of the lots by reason of their being incorrectly described in this listing or elsewhere and no liability shall be borne by the Auctioneers in respect of any such fault or errors. Bidder acknowledges that it is the responsibility to inspect all equipment and to make his own inquiries. Purchases must be removed from the sale site within 7 business days of the sale date. All items left on site after (7) days becomes the property of Insight Auctioneers, Inc. Loading will be on Saturday the day of the sale until dark and Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Any equipment remaining on the grounds after 7 days will be subject to storage fees or removed at the buyers expense. The Auctioneer may provide a set removal date for large equipment. Shipping arrangements and cost are the BUYERS SOLE RESPONSIBILITY. No loading on Sunday, or after dark. Loading and unloading of equipment is a courtesy of Insight Auctioneers.
