All buyers are responsible to perform their own title opinion to satisfy themselves as to clear title. Attorney is available to perform title search at buyers expense. Buyer agrees to perform title search in a timely manor and be available to close all transactions by closing date set - Thursday, July 25, 2019 by 5:00 p.m. All mineral conveyed with warranty mineral deed. All minerals guaranteed to be as advertised. Any problems or interrupted connections in on-line process may occur. Bidder acknowledges this is an on-site auction and auction company is not responsible for technical difficulties that may interrupt on-line process.
