Marked at the ricasso ''Solingen Cutlery, B.S. VOBODA, Made in Germany''. On one side of blade is hand written in ink ''Good luck Charley, Your ol...'' Grip panels are stag retained by three brass rivets, with full tang and nickel silver ''S''-shaped guard. Overall length is 13''. Leather sheath with white stitching and rivets, is stamped ''Made in Germany''. Hand written on the sheath in ink is ''Thanks Charley for lots of good music. Best of Luck. Clint Walker.'' Includes a Notarized Affidavit of Ownership and Sale from Carolyn Aldridge, wife of actor and writer Charley Aldridge, stating that this knife was presented to her husband Charley from actor and singer Clint Walker, who stated it was used in movies. Clint Walker was best known for his starring role in the western TV series ''Cheyenne'' from 1955-1963. Rare Puma #3599 Hirschfanger Fixed Blade Hunting Knife, with the original box and sheath, 9.75'' blade, 15.25'' overall, stag handle; nickel silver hilt, ferrule, and pom...moremel. Mfg'd in 1988. Included is the original black leather sheath with hang tag, wood box with correct end label and Puma medallion on the outside of the lid, foam insert, sharpening instructions, small Puma pocket catalog with skinning instructions, moisture strips, and four (4) sheets in German that are related to the Hirschfanger. The knife itself is in excellent as new overall condition. Sheath is also in unused condition but some of the green foam interior is stuck to the backside of the belt loop. Wood case is very good, exterior with light scratches and impressions from storage; foam piece on the inside of the lid shows a little deterioration and needs to be reattached. A hard-to-find knife complete with all of the hang tags, associated paperwork, etc. Est.: $600-$900.

Japanese Wakizashi, by Custom Knife Maker Jim Hrisoulas. A nice hand-forged modern Japanese style sword with a shobu-zukuri shape, and O-kissaki. Notare or wavy style ha...moremon temperline with visible grain structure to the steel, showing layers of folded metal. Wonderful tight forging, a well-made blade. Polished surface shows off the bright temper line and distinctive parting line denoting the tip or point, with brass habaki collar. Tang is signed ''Made for John Klein'' with an ''8R'' inside a heart stamp; the other side of the tang is signed ''Jim Hrisoulas 02/2010''. Purportedly 1 of 125, and made of 1070 damascus steel. Blade is housed in a custom made set of mounts by Dave Creger. Handle is covered with black rayskin and wrapped with a black and gold cloth cord in a traditional Japanese manor. The menuki are cast gold-colored flowers. Handle fittings are black coated metal, the upper one (kashira) with a flower design on top. The saya scabbard is wood covered with black and gold lacquered leather that has a crackled finish overall. This is an Aikuchi style mount, not designed for a tsuba or handguard. Jim Hrisoulas was voted one of the top ten most influential bladesmiths of the past 50 years. Est.: $800-$1,500.

Condition is fine retaining approx. 90% thinning and lightly flaking blue, with losses at muzzle and very light lifting to left side of barrel near caliber marking, and in the area adjacent to the cylinder latch. Smith & Wesson 1st Model Hand Ejector Double Action Revolver (Triplelock), #14443, .44 Spec. cal., 4'' barrel, border engraved with blue finish, diamond checkered ivory g...morerips. Shipped April 14, 1917, to Shapleigh Hardware, St. Louis, MO, with factory letter signed by S&W Historian Roy G. Jinks. Letter states that this revolver was shipped with a 4'' barrel non-engraved, blue finish, and checkered walnut grips. An additional 1984 letter from J. Dale Terry states that this particular revolver was purchased by Mr. Terry in the 1960s from the estate of Russell B. Smith of Vernon, TX, who was an old-time lawman and bodyguard. He was also a Deputy Sheriff in Bartlesville, OK, and a U.S. Deputy Marshall in the 1920s. He received this pistol as a gift from E. Paul Waggoner from the famed Waggoner Ranch near Vernon. Condition is excellent as period engraved and later refinished. Revolver retains approx. 98% of that blue. Matching cylinder is a plum color, and white metal insert has been added to the front sight of the matching numbered barrel. Checkered ivory grips are outstanding with minor inclusions to right side panel. Action is good, bore is fine. An interesting lawman's firearm that bears further research. Est.: $2,000-$3,000.
