Smooth color case hardened trigger and checkered hammer. In original blue plastic S&W case with matching end label and includes a Speed Beez speed loader. Also includes a BMT ''Mooner'' Model N38-8 moon clip loader. Revolver is in excellent overall condition showing normal signs of light range use. Cylinder with a light index line as well as moderate powder burns to the face. Handling marks are minimal. Factory lettering is clear with crisp raised edges. Excellent action and mirror bright bore. Special Edition Talo Distributors Ruger New Model Single Six John Wayne Commemorative Revolver, #DUKE00563, .32 H&R mag. cal., 3.75'' barrel, stainless steel, blade front...more sight, with notched frame rear sight. Left side of barrel with a facsimile of John Wayne's signature; left side of frame with ''Red River'' brand; with light engraving to portions of the cylinder and backstrap; bottom of ejector rod housing reads ''John Wayne licensed by JWE''. Bird's head grip frame, ebony wood grips with silver eagle Ruger medallions, checkering on bottom half, as well as a laser engraved ''JW'' within the checkering. In original gray plastic Ruger case with matching end label, Ruger lock, and owner's manual. Overall condition is excellent. Cylinder shows no noticeable turn line. Stainless surfaces with intermittent small handling marks and micro-scratching, most noticeable being a small thin scratch to left side near grip. Factory lettering is clear and defined. If you flip the gun upside down and look at the upper inside edge of the frame, there are a few spots of wear that have turned to slight oxidation. Grips appear as new with a few insignificant handling marks; checkering and ''JW'' logo show no visible wear. Bore is mirror bright with excellent rifling. Limited to a production of only 1,250. Feb. 24 1863'' underneath, twists to left to load/eject cartridge; brass frame; two-piece checkered walnut ''bird's head'' grips. Floral hand engraving appears on both sides and top of frame, backstrap and barrel at breech; a fletched arrow is engraved along both barrel sides. Condition is good+ retaining no original metal finish but with clear engraving and markings. Grips show wear to checkering and a large chip out of right panel. Action functions; barrel hinge is solid; bore is rusty. A presumed collection inventory number, ''L.110-108'' is painted on undersides of frame and barrel. Est.: $400-$600. (Antique)

Evans Lever Action Repeating Cartridge Sporting Rifle, NVSN, .44 Evans CF cal., 28.5'' round barrel having dovetailed blade front and unusual notched and adjustable leaf ...morerear sight, marked ''Evans Sporting Rifle'' ahead of rear sight; single spring-retained barrel band with base for sling swivel (missing); steel receiver with right-side cartridge ejection door that automatically slides rearward when serpentine operating lever is actuated downward, and unique internal cartridge magazine and Archimedean-screw feed mechanism in butt; oil-finished walnut forend and two-piece buttstock with steel buttplate having opening through which cartridges are loaded. Condition is good to very good, the metal parts retaining no original finish but an overall smooth gunmetal gray-brown with occasional dings and scrapes. Stocks are sound with assorted scrapes and bruises, mainly on left side of forend. Both upper and lower sling swivels are missing but the gun appears otherwise complete. Action seems to function as designed; bore is clean with deep rifling. Originally designed by Maine dentist Warren R. Evans, who also designed this rifle's unique cartridge. These later ''Evans Sporting Rifles'' are believed to have derived from cut-down military muskets altered and assembled from parts after the Evans Co. went bankrupt c. 1879. Est.: $800-$1,000.
